Refund policy

The goods we supply are perishable goods and can get damaged if left in the sun, in heat or other elements. Therefore, we are unfortunately not able to accept any returns. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, expired or if you received the wrong product, so we can evaluate the situation.

We will contact you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded or the correct product dispatched back to you.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post into your account.

To begin the return process, you can contact us at admin@thetrufflelady.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
